Chemical The product contains a mixture of the preservatives methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCI) and methylisothiazolinone (MI). MI and MCI are sensitising agents and can provoke allergic contact dermatitis to sensitised persons. The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.

Electric shock The insulation of the product lacks the appropriate resistance. Consequently, the use could touch live accessible parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

Choking The small decorative rhinestones can be easily detached. A small child may put it in the mouth and choke.

A screw securing the steering column may come loose or fail. The steering column may consequently collapse, causing the rider to lose control and fall.

The flasher cover can easily be removed and the cables are not properly anchored, giving access to live parts. A user might therefore receive an electric shock.

The bracelet releases an excessive amount of nickel (measured value: 2.56 μg/cm²/week). Nickel is a strong sensitiser and can cause allergic reactions if present in articles that come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin.
