The design of the device is appealing to children. They may consequently use the product in play and insert a metal object (e.g. a spoon) through the protective grille, touching live parts of the product.

The small beads can be easily detached and the clip can easily break generating small parts. A child could put one of these in the mouth and choke on it.

The migration of boron from the toy slime is too high (measured value: 1080 mg/kg). Ingestion or contact with an excessive quantity of boron may harm the health of children by damaging their reproductive system.
