Chemical The plastic material of one of the elements from the set (the stethoscope) contains 2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) (measured value: 24,9% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system and/or liver. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.

This may result in severe burns to the user or bystanders.

The recalled products do not contain the necessary circuitry to prevent the device from over-discharging the Lithium-Polymer (LiPo) battery included inside the unit. Over-discharge causes the LiPo battery in these devices to puff or swell after as little as four months. If it is puffed it is easier for it to be physically damaged or pierced by the device in which it’ s contained, which can result in the release of the toxic solvents inside the cells. As of November 10, 2017, the company has received no reports of consumer incidents or injuries in Canada related to the use of the affected products.

Chemical This product contains nicotine (12 or 18 mg/ml), which is classified as acutely toxic, but it does not have a leaflet providing the consumer with information about safe and correct use of the product. The user therefore has no information to avoid the dangers incurred when the product comes into contact with the skin or if it is ingested. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU).

The product does not meet the safety requirements related to its safety standard; which may lead to a possible of fire and electrocuting the user.

Incorrect unfolding or folding of the trampolines can result in a user being struck forcefully by the frame, posing an injury hazard. As of January 14, 2019, the company has received no reports of injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received eight reports of injuries since January 2011 involving contact with the frame, including cuts, bruises, and dental/facial injuries.
