Injuries The product can shoot improvised projectiles (a pencil) with a too high kinetic energy. The projectile could hit a person leading to injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

Choking The product, due to its characteristic form, colour and size, may be mistaken for foodstuff. Additionally, the small parts (grapes and leave) can be easily detached from the product. This may lead children to put the small pieces in the mouth and choke on them. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Food Imitating Products Directive.

Chemical The plastic material of the product contains an excessive amount of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value: 33 % by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to their reproductive system. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
