The product has two protruding pieces which are too long and the sound level is too high. When playing with the toy or if put it in the mouth, a small child could get injured or choke on it. If the toy is used close to the ear, it could cause damage to hearing.

Small parts with a high magnetic flux (carriage buffers) can easily be detached from the toy. If a small child puts the small magnet in the mouth, it could lead to choking. If the small magnet and other metallic objects are swallowed, they could attract one another causing intestinal blockage or perforation.

The plastic material of the doll's head contains an excessive amount of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value: 31 % by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to their reproductive system.

Small parts (button and zip tag) of the product can be easily detached. A small child might put one of them in the mouth and choke. Additionally the fabric in the back panel of the bag is impermeable to air and the plastic in which is delivered is too thin. If any of them would be put against the nose and mouth of the child, it would lead to asphyxiation. Furthermore, the fixed loops in the product are too big. Consequently a child might put the head in it and be strangled.

The banana-scented colour pencil contains eugenol (measured value: 0,05 %), which use in toys is prohibited. Eugenol is a sensitizing fragrance and could trigger allergic reactions.

The foot of the frame of the toy can detach, generating small parts. As a consequence, a small child may put it in the mouth and choke.
